Shipping
Our items are made-to-order, so it may take a few days before your order is ready to ship. See our shipping info for more specifics.
Quality Guarantee
Because every sign and wall hanging is crafted in our shop, we are confident that you'll be pleased with the quality and finish of your items. If there are any defects or errors, contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.
Shipping Damage
We securely pack each order using foam, crumpled paper, stretch wrap, and double-wall corrugated cardboard. In the event that your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away with pictures of the damage and the packaging so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we can repair or replace your order at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
We happily accept cancellations of non-customized orders. Orders for customized items can be modified or canceled if production has not begun. If you need to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. (info@bellandthewhistle.com)
Returns
We happily accept returns of non-customized items within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for re-packaging the item and the cost of return shipping to our shop:
Once the item is received in good condition, a full refund will be issued.
Customized items (personalized signs, custom wording etc.) and sale items cannot be returned. More details below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund, and within 1-3 business days, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In the event that your return is received in a damaged condition, we will send an email and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item of lesser or equal value, please contact us within 30 days. The customer has the same shipping responsibility as with a return. Once we receive your item, we will send out the new item and process a partial refund if there is any difference in value.
Customized Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on customized items, but we do understand that mistakes happen. That's why we offer a 15% discount for re-make orders if you need to order a different size, change the spelling, or choose a different color. Just send an email to info@bellandthewhistle.com with your order information so we can send you the discount.
